Experiment 03Answers from your information only
Website FAQ assistant
Answers visitor questions from a small, fixed set of business information, and says so when it doesn't know.
Simulated preview — local rules, no live AI. This experiment runs in your browser with illustrative data. Nothing you type is sent anywhere. Please use made-up text, not real personal or confidential details.

What this shows
Grounded answers with a cited source, and an honest “I don't know” instead of a confident guess.
The rules here match patterns; they don’t understand language the way a model does. They exist to show the shape of the workflow honestly: fixed output, validation, and a person deciding.
In a production version
- A model answers from the business's own pages and documents, retrieved per question, and is told to refuse anything outside them.
- Unanswered questions are logged so the team can see what visitors ask and fill the gaps.
- Hand-off to a person by email or chat when the assistant can't help.
